Submission Timeline

In the event of loss, written notice of claims should be given to Trinity as soon as possible, but must be within an allowed period, i.e. 30 days after the occurrence.

Death claims may require immediate notice in writing.

Claim Documents Required

You need to submit different claim documents depending on the nature of loss or injury. Please select one of the options for more information:

Damage to Buildings, Contents and Personal Effects/Valuables

1. Incident report or letter issued by your building manager certifying the location and the cause of the loss
2. ORIGINAL purchase receipt(s) of the damaged/lost property(ies)
3. An estimate of repair costs. (It should be submitted and approved by Trinity Claims Department before making any repair)
4. Color photos of the damage(s), if any
5. Police report &/ Fire report, if applicable

Third Party Legal Liability

1. Incident report or letter issued by your building manager certifying the location and the cause of the loss
2. Details of the involved Third Party(ies) including:-
     i). Name of Third Party(ies) and details of damage/injury
     ii). Telephone Number
     iii). Address
3. Name and Telephone Number of witness(es) (if any)
4. Color photos of the damage(s)/the incident scene
5. Police report, if any
